| | Industrial Real Estate Southern California Logistics Airport (SCLA) is a 5,000-acre business and industrial park, master-planned for 43.5 million square feet of commercial space—the largest commercial development in the northern Inland Empire. SCLA is already home to Boeing, General Electric Aircraft Engines, Newell Rubbermaid, and many other corporations who realize the advantages and opportunities of locating at Southern California’s logistics hub of air, rail and ground transportation services.
Phase I development is underway at Southern California Logistics Airport. The project consists of 360 acres and over 6.4 million square feet of industrial space. The first building completed in phase I development is a 407,000 square foot distribution center for Newell Rubbermaid that opened in September 2007.
