Redevelopment Project Area Maps

The City of Victorville's Economic Development Department also serves as the Redevelopment Agency for the City. The Agency manages four separate redevelopment project areas:

Bear Valley - 300 acres, located on the eastern edge of the City. Home to Foxborough Industrial Park.
Hook - 30 acres, located in the center of the City. Home to Desert Sky Plaza retail development and The Auto Park at Valley Center
Old Town/Midtown - 515 acres. Currently the focus of a revitalization plan.
Victor Valley - 85,128 acres. Largest Redevelopment Project Area in the State of California. Home to Southern California Logistics Airport and Hi Desert Power Project.
