Looking to Purchase a Home?
The City of Victorville’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program purchased several homes, rehabilitated them and are looking to sell the homes.  You could be the proud owner of one of these beautiful homes.  The homes have had an energy efficient make-overs to the appliances, windows, and landscaping.  They look almost like new!  You will want one of these homes as your own.  To purchase one of these homes, you must qualify as a First Time Homebuyer (cannot have had an interest in a home in the last three years), meet the income guidelines as described in the Mortgage Assistance Program, and have a family size appropriate to the number of bedrooms.

The City of Victorville's Neighborhood Stabilization Mortgage Assistance Program is offering assistance for up to $20,000 to purchase a home.  Qualified homebuyers using the Mortgage Assistance Program must have not owned a home within the last three years, had a foreclosure or bankruptcy in the last three years and meet income requirements.  Attend our Homebuyer Expo for more details.
